I paint and build resin and plastic figure model kits kits and war game miniatures. These sculptures are all created by a wide array of outstanding sculptors. I merely paint them. For those who don't know, kits such as these come unpainted and often in a varying number of pieces. I have to assemble them and clean them up before painting. I use traditional brush and acrylic paint together with an airbrush. In addition, I use pastels for some details.
Please be aware, that although I may modify elements of a kit, I take no credit for the sculpting. These were created by a talented group of garage kit sculptors. Whenever possible I have tried to give them credit for their work. I only bring their work to life by painting them.
For airbrush paints I use mainly Golden, Comart, Garage Kit.US and Badger Minitaire.
For brush paints I prefer Vallejo and Scale 75paints.
I use a Harder and Steinbeck Evolution .02 for details, Iwata Eclipse .03, and a Badger Wonderfest Edition Patriot .03. All great brushes.
For air compressor I use a Iwata Power Jet Pro Airbrush Compressor.
